Interactive preview data

Mood, energy, goals, saved activities, and onboarding choices are held in the current page’s JavaScript memory. They are not sent to a Lumena backend or permanently stored by this application. Reloading or leaving the page resets them. Do not enter sensitive health information.

Contact form

The contact form is configured to send your name, email, optional organization, inquiry type, message, and consent to Kelly Anne Howard through FormSubmit. These details are used to respond to your inquiry. FormSubmit processes submissions and retains an archive for up to 30 days according to its documentation. Email copies remain in the recipient’s mailbox until deleted. Please avoid sensitive health information. You may request access or deletion by submitting a privacy inquiry through Contact. Email delivery requires the recipient’s one-time FormSubmit activation; delivery has not yet been independently confirmed.

Hosting and external media

The hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and secure the website. Campaign thumbnail images are requested from YouTube image servers. When you choose playback, an embedded YouTube player loads using its privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube may process technical data under its own policies. You can use the direct YouTube link instead.

Cookies and analytics

This application sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not implement tracking analytics. Hosting, embedded media, and the external FormSubmit submission page and its spam check may involve provider-managed storage. No permanent Lumena account or user profile is created.

Before a public service launches

A real service needs an identified operator and privacy contact, a data retention policy, a consent and deletion process, and review of all vendors and applicable requirements. Those details are not invented in this concept.
